Rachel is a Digital Accessibility Consultant at Barclays, working with senior leaders, engineers and designers to make digital products and services inclusive by design. A Child of Deaf Adults (CODA), she brings lived experience alongside professional expertise, and led the first bank in the world to translate its website content into British Sign Language through Signly. She is also a trustee of deafPLUS.
