Rachel Vann is a Digital Accessibility Consultant at Barclays. She works closely with senior leaders, engineers, designers, and delivery teams to embed accessibility into everyday practice, manage delivery and regulatory risk, and ensure digital products and services are inclusive by design.

Rachel is a Child of Deaf Adults (CODA) and brings lived experience alongside professional expertise to her work. She led the first bank in the world to translate website content into British Sign Language (BSL) through Signly, improving access for Deaf customers. She is also a Trustee at Deaf Plus, supporting wider Deaf inclusion beyond the workplace and banking sector.
