Kathryn is Head of Customer Vulnerability and Accessibility at Nationwide and the Government's Disability and Access Ambassador for the banking sector. In 2022 she founded the Deaf Inclusion Industry Group, which she chairs and which now brings together more than 40 financial services firms. At Barclays she led the disability and vulnerability programme, launching video relay and lip speaker services for deaf customers. She is a trustee of Euan's Guide, the disabled access charity.
