Daniel is Director of Independent Living, Support Services and Programmes at the Royal Association for Deaf people (RAD), where he leads work that helps deaf people live independently and access vital services. He is also a Governor at Mary Hare, supporting the education of deaf young people. A BSL user with lived experience, Daniel combines frontline support with strategic leadership to create lasting change for the deaf community.
