Teri is Associate Director for Strategic Programmes, Inclusion and Employment at RNID, working across the UK so that people who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus are not disabled by barriers in society. A CODA with profoundly deaf parents, she holds BSL NVQ Level 3 and developed a Professional Development Award in Deaf Studies at the Scottish Qualifications Authority. She sits on the UK Government's BSL Advisory Board and is a trustee of Forth Valley Sensory Centre.
