Reg is Chief Executive Officer of deafPLUS, which merged with Action Deafness in 2026, and leads the MoneyPLUS service supporting deaf people with money and banking. Profoundly deaf, from a deaf family and educated at a deaf school, Reg brings a deep first-hand understanding of the barriers deaf people face, alongside a long career across deaf organisations. He is dedicated to making sure deaf people can take part fully in mainstream society.
