Did you know? Around one-in-three UK adults is deaf, has hearing loss or tinnitus (RNID 2023) and about 86,000 use British Sign Language (BSL) as their first language.
Deaf customers or those with hearing loss often encounter difficulties when trying to navigate financial services websites, phone systems or branches. BSL users are those most likely to struggle.
That is why Signing banks UK is set up to bridge the gap between banks and their deaf customers.
