Nikki is Director of Commercial and Statutory Growth at the Royal Association for Deaf people (RAD), which she joined in 2007. As a member of RAD's Executive Leadership team, she leads its commercial and statutory income, overseeing interpreting and translation services, training, consultancy and RADLearn. She works closely with local authorities, NHS bodies, corporate partners and commissioners to build partnerships and deliver high-quality services, and is committed to creating opportunity, achievement and equality for deaf people.
